Quality Manager

Responsibilities

  • coordinates the activity of the Quality Department
  • keeps all measuring equipment and tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) in perfect order
  • is responsible for purchasing and calibration of measuring and control devices
  • communicates/collaborates with CNC Production, Assembly, Purchasing & Logistics, Tools and Sales departments regarding quality matters
  • supervises the incoming goods control: materials, semi-finished products, outsourced items, services: treatments, paint, etc.
  • develops the quality processes according to quality standards and client requirements and maintains their good functioning
  • coordinates/takes part in supplier audits
  • checks and analyzes the results of client satisfaction reports related to product quality assurance
  • makes, implements, maintains and improves quality documentation like Control Plan, Checklists, Quality Control Instructions
  • takes preventive actions in order to eliminate the potential causes of non-conformities, checks the efficiency of the implemented actions
  • performs scrap analyses
  • analyzes and handles the clients’ 8D reports
  • prepares the 8D Reports for supplier non-conformities
  • communicates with the clients regarding the acceptance of small deviations
  • manages all administrative matters related to his department (evaluations and salaries, extra hours, monthly worked hours, medical leaves, holiday planning, etc.) in close collaboration with the HR department
  • initiates and plans the required training for his department together with the HR Department
  • is responsible for Work Protection and Fire Protection activities for the personnel in his department.


Requirements

  • University degree with technical background
  • 3-5 year experience as quality engineer / quality coordinator
  • good knowledge of quality methods and instruments
  • responsible, flexible, and eager to enhance knowledge and skills
  • able to fulfill simultaneously tasks and duties
  • able to handle any task with a structured and rigorous approach
  • able to find technical solutions in order to improve quality
  • good level of English
  • team player.

SAP Manufacturing Analyst

Responsibilities

  • receive, track, manage notifications and requests, and provide SAP system support for internal users on-site and remotely, including on-call support off-hours;
  • responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in the SAP system;
  • review and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of the ERP system including master data set up and business use of the system;
  • support users in a variety of modules mainly Master Data (BOM), Production Planning (MRP), Production (Shop Floor), Demand management, Inventory, QM and may include additional modules such as procure to pay, order to cash processing, and HR;
  • gather requirements from end users, facilitate business process discussions, and participate in solution design, documentation, configuration, test, and end user support;
  • work closely with the business and other IT members to ensure proper system maintenance and to provide automated solutions;
  • assist in continuous improvement initiatives for processes, policies and procedures through statistical analysis. Continually look for ways to drive SAP best practice processes and procedures;
  • work as a liaison and subject matter expert between technical teams and business owners for system up-dates, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations;
  • analyse business cases to measure adherence to standardized practices and data governance standards;
  • make configuration changes and prepare development work for transport;
  • support user set up in role-based security;
  • train users with efficiencies in system processing;
  • support bar code labels and RF scanner integration;
  • support peripheral systems such as SALT;
  • manage work queues and balance priorities;
  • ensure master data integrity for input and reporting capabilities;
  • create and modify related documentation and recommends process improvements including system/business workflows;
  • create queries and standard reports;
  • perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


Requirements
